The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch its largest housing development just in time for Diwali. DDA Housing Scheme 2023 is a scheme that allows customers to book and purchase new flats in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida. According to rumors, the initiative will be implemented in the first week of November, just in time for Diwali. The DDA intends to issue booking applications for approximately 32,000 units in the Delhi-NCR region, with allocation based on a 'First Come, First Serve' basis. As of now, 24,000 flats have been completed, with the remaining 8,500 flats set to be completed in the following six months.
The flats will cater to various income levels, including Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), low-income group (LIG), middle-income group (MIG), high-income group (HIG), and super high-income group (SHIG) flats and penthouses, according to a DDA notification. This development will include luxury apartments as well.
Locations
The apartments would be offered at Narela, Dwarka, Sector 19B, Sector 14 of Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, and Loknayak Puram.
Price
EWS apartments could be priced between Rs 11 and 14 lakh. LIG homes would be priced between Rs 14 and Rs 30 lakh. MIG flats may start at Rs 1 crore, HIG flats may start at Rs 2.50 crore, and Super HIG flats may start at Rs 3 crore.
Availability
In Dwarka Sector 19B, there are about 700 units in the EWS category and 900 in the MIG category. According to the DDA notification, 170 flats are offered in the SHIG category, with 14 penthouses ready. There are 5,000 EWS flats available in Narela, 1,900 MIG flats, and 1,600 HIG flats. In Loknayak Puram, there are approximately 200 flats available in the EWS category and approximately 600 flats available in the MIG category.
How to apply
Buyers who wish to apply should go to the DDA's official website, dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in, and create login credentials using their PAN and other details, following which they must login and register themselves.
